Today I sat and watched the local (Houston) news, and had to laugh and roll my eyes at the stupidity demonstrated by the local city council and ACLU.

A study has been released, based on statistics, that Black people are (disproportionatly) “tasered” more than white people. The study says that white officers ( allegedly)are using tasers on blacks more than any other colored “criminal. They also are trying to allege that white officers are prone to “tasering” black criminals, not when their (the officers) lives are in danger, but when they are being verbally abused.

HERE WE GO!!

The “Crack don’t smoke itself” moment…

FORGET the black/ white issue. This issue, at it’s core, has nothing to do color, creed, sex, etc… It has everything to do with STUPIDITY. The true “That Crack Don’t Smoke Itself” moment is that NO ONE in history, since the invention of the Taser, has ever been “tasered” that didn’t comply with the order/ instruction of the officers in question. With the exception of the test-subjects and volunteers, there has never been a person unlawfully punished.

Getting “tasered” is a direct result of committing a crime. And YES, not complying with an officers order is a criminal act. People don’t get ”tasered” for going to the grocery store, or picking up their dry-cleaning. If you ask me, these “criminals” are incredibly fortunate they aren’t getting SHOT with BULLITS!!! Tasers might be one of the greatest advances in police/ personal protection. It (truly) disturbs me that people seem to treat criminals with ”kid-gloves”, as though it’s the police’s fault that they committed some criminal act. What the F@#K!!!.

It’s truliy sad that whatever advance is ever made in personal-protection, that has the least injurious impact on the criminal, it will be too strong and dangerous.The (league of idiots) ACLU and other (racist) organizations will find a reason to outlaw it or protest against it. They will rally against it with reckless-abandon, no matter how it impacts crime or personal protection. I think that if we shot marsmmallow-guns at criminals, somebody would have a problem with it.

My idea is to stop committing crimes, and we could box up all of the Tasers… Do what the officer asks you to do, and we never hear another Taser story. That might be too much to ask.

Keep allowing that ”crack-pipe” to jump in your mouth, …and innnhalllle…. Remember, it’s not your fault.

Joe Horn for Man Of The Year

This post is truly what this site is all about. A shining example of how a blameless society and a few talking heads need to be shut up and shut out.

Joe Horn of Pasadena, Texas, was cleared of any wrong-doing by a Grand-Jury for the shooting and killing of Diego Ortiz and Hernando Riasco Torres. Two career criminals, who were illegal-aliens from Colombia, were confronted by Mr. Horn for burgularizing his neighbors home. During the confrontation, the two criminals chose to threaten Mr.Horn and Mr. Horn excersized his right as a human and an American citizen and defended himself, and his neighborhood, by shooting and killing his attackers.

His exoneration proved to this writer that there is still a few smart people left in the judicial establishment and that they (the grand-jury) would not be intimidated by the press and a few (racist-idiot)activists whom all tried to make this heroic stand into some race-hate-crime.

All of these idiots/ activists ( I’m talking to you, Quannell X, etc…) are spending HUGE amounts of time and effort trying to turn this into a race crime and an unjustified killing. This action had absolutely nothing to do with race. It had everything to do with personal responsibility. The human ability to make a decision of one’s own free will.

No one forced Ortiz and Torres to commit the crime that resulted in their death. No one held a gun to their heads and made them perform a criminal act. Had they chosen to be good citizens, and been with their families or at their jobs, they would still be breathing today.

When these men woke up, and put their feet on the floor, they made a concious decision to commit a criminal act on that fateful day. They chose to lie to their families about their whereabouts. They chose to lie to their employers. They choseto be in this country illigally. THEY CHOSE!!!! They are responsible. They chose to commit a crime. And as with any criminal act, they took the chance of being caught and punished. This writer would bet that they believed that they would be home later that evening and eat a bowl of cereal like nothing ever happened. Well….. didn’t quite work out that way.

For all of his detractors, Mr. Horn is a hero. I, for one, am extatic that someone finally stood up for what is right and the system didn’t fail them. In this world that we live in that seems to value idiocy as a religion, logic and reality finally prevailed.

This is a perfect example of what this site is all about. Criminals make bad decisions every day. Some get away with their crimes and innocents get hurt. Some get their asses blown-away. The moral of the story is, if you choose to commit a crime, you choose of your own free will. Someday you’re gonna get caught. You can’t blame anyone but yourself.

After all, Crack don’t smoke itself…..

Many years ago, a great hitter named Paul Waner was nearing the end of his long career. He entered a ballgame with 2,999 hits — one hit away from the landmark total of 3,000, which so many hitters want to reach, but which relatively few actually do reach.

Waner hit a ball that the fielder did not handle cleanly but the official scorer called it a hit, making it Waner’s 3,000th. Paul Waner then sent word to the official scorer that he did not want that questionable hit to be the one that put him over the top. The official scorer reversed himself and called it an error. Later Paul Waner got a clean hit for number 3,000.

What reminded me of this is the great fervor that many seem to feel over the prospect of the first black President of the United States.

No doubt it is only a matter of time before there is a black president, just as it was only a matter of time before Paul Waner got his 3,000th hit. The issue is whether we want to reach that landmark so badly that we are willing to overlook how questionably that landmark is reached.

Paul Waner had too much pride to accept a scratch hit. Choosing a President of the United States is a lot more momentous than a baseball record. We the voters need to have far more concern about who we put in that office that holds the destiny of a nation and of generations yet unborn.

There is no reason why someone as arrogant, foolishly clever and ultimately dangerous as Barack Obama should become president — especially not at a time when the threat of international terrorists with nuclear weapons looms over 300 million Americans.

Many people seem to regard elections as occasions for venting emotions, like cheering for your favorite team or choosing a Homecoming Queen.

The three leading candidates for their party’s nomination are being discussed in terms of their demographics — race, sex and age — as if that is what the job is about.

One of the painful aspects of studying great catastrophes of the past is discovering how many times people were preoccupied with trivialities when they were teetering on the edge of doom. The demographics of the presidency are far less important than the momentous weight of responsibility that office carries.

Just the power to nominate federal judges to trial courts and appellate courts across the country, including the Supreme Court, can have an enormous impact for decades to come. There is no point feeling outraged by things done by federal judges, if you vote on the basis of emotion for those who appoint them.

Barack Obama has already indicated that he wants judges who make social policy instead of just applying the law. He has already tried to stop young violent criminals from being tried as adults.

Although Senator Obama has presented himself as the candidate of new things — using the mantra of “change” endlessly — the cold fact is that virtually everything he has said about domestic policy is straight out of the 1960s and virtually everything he says about foreign policy is straight out of the 1930s.

Protecting criminals, attacking business, increasing government spending, promoting a sense of envy and grievance, raising taxes on people who are productive and subsidizing those who are not — all this is a re-run of the 1960s.

We paid a terrible price for such 1960s notions in the years that followed, in the form of soaring crime rates, double-digit inflation and double-digit unemployment. During the 1960s, ghettoes across the countries were ravaged by riots from which many have not fully recovered to this day.

The violence and destruction were concentrated not where there was the greatest poverty or injustice but where there were the most liberal politicians, promoting grievances and hamstringing the police.

Internationally, the approach that Senator Obama proposes — including the media magic of meetings between heads of state — was tried during the 1930s. That approach, in the name of peace, is what led to the most catastrophic war in human history.

Everything seems new to those too young to remember the old and too ignorant of history to have heard about it.

On a personal note, I just can’t understand how that we live in a time that we have more access to information than ever in human history yet we are more ignorant than we have ever been.

I am all for a black president. Welcome him (or her) with open arms. BUT, saying that Obama is ready for the job of Presedent of the United states, is like saying the mail-room manager is ready to be the CEO.

It just proves to me what I’ve said for years. 8 out of 10 people are stupid and in order to believe or vote for this guy, YOU MUST BE SMOKING CRACK!!!

Can someone please tell me when this “ land of the free, home of the brave”, that I live in, became the ” land of the ignorant and home of the government hand-out “?!?!

To some, this post will not resonate with the theme of this site. BUT, Oh contrair, mon frere! This is exactly what this site is about.

Ask me again in 10, 20, or more years from now when we are standing in soup-lines. Taxed in excess of 70 (plus) percent of our income. Living in government-approved housing. Driving mopeds in the acid-rain. Forced to eat food-rations, and working until the day we die because it will be illegal to retire as you won’t be able to work to contribute to the ” well-being of the collective”. When one can’t work anymore due to age or illness, the “men-in-black” will come and you will be terminated due to “inability to contribute”.

You will no longer be given a name by your parents, but given a number by a gov’t envoy whom monitors the birth of your one (1) allowable child. No more will be allowed becouse of overpopulation from the influx of illegal immigrant families and the government’s welcome of these “workers of the new world order”.

Corporate-America has “left the building” and the government is in charge of handling the day to day operation of every facet of your life from your ” gov’mt cheese” breakfast to your assembly-line job making gray denim “approved-government-attire”.

Am I the only person who is scared to DEATH of a “New Democrat” in the highest office in the world?

Well, FUCK that! Shortly after one of these “Socialist-Overlords” take the oath of office, a collective ” What the Fuck did we just do?” will sound across the fruited plains.

The majority of ”sheeple” that will vote for one of these idiots and do not have a clue that the government is going to pay for all of these social-programs with THEIR TAX DOLLARS!!!

Universal-Health-Care has not and does not work in any country it’s currently available in. Ask any one from England, Canada, etc… 6+month waits for basic care. Longer for more serious issues.

But, more over, the government has to create a whole new beaurocracy to run the program, at the cost of BILLIONS of YOUR tax-dollars. And, have you ever been in any gov’t office? They are all run by minimum wage ”retards” who couldn’t get a job flippin burgers at Mickey D’s or cleaning toilets at a “Porta-John” factory. The lines will be measured in “biblical -proportion”. The ” staff ” will be pissed-off, burned-out morons just a few seconds from “going-Columbine”. And, thats just by 9:00am.

The medical-care will be less than ” satisfactory”. Hospital facilities will be understaffed, and undertrained. Maintainance of the facility will be horrible. Waiting-rooms will be bio-hazard labs. The people sitting within five feet of you will be sick, puss-oozing, sore-ridden, hacking, pucking, sacks of diseased flesh-bags with no way to clean up after themselves because ”Budget-shortfalls” have forced us to share the same square of soiled- toilet paper. The same toilet-paper that came from the government-run factory that now sits where the Charmin factory sat but was put out of business due to the taxation of the rich and the closure of tax breaks that make profit possible and revenue available to expand and lend to job growth.

I guess that it’s to be expected that the generation that thinks a liberal-democrat should hold the highest office in the land, also cannot point out Iraq or Idaho on a map. Its sad that over HALF of seniors in high-school today cannot identify our current vice-president but can tell you, to the minute, who Brittany or Lindsay are “doing”. Sad that the front-runner in the democrat party is treated like a rock-star but can’t claim any significant legislation (EVER). The other, I firmly believe, is the Anti-Christ. I don’t want to name names but it rhymes with ”Billary” ( I may have just come up with the next name-join ie.. Bennifer, Brangelina, TomKat, etc…)

We are in control of our destinies. Putting a socialist in office spits in the face of every soldier who ever died in defence of this republic. Starting with the American Revolution. This war was fought to gain independance from a tyrannical government that believed its people existed to provide wealth for the few. The revolutionaries believed that government should stand clear the way for the people to provide for their own wealth and happiness.

I don’t hate the rich or pity the poor. The socialist believes that ”the fortune of the one, should benifit the many”.

I believe that “the fortune of the one, should benifit the one”. Is it wrong that I want to work for myself and not the unemployed (capable) among us? Nobody deserves a handout, or a “check”.

You ask how this correlates to this site? When we look back at how the “sheeple” willingly gave this country to the socialists, and wonder how this happened? I’ll say “That Crack don’t Smoke Itself ” dumbass.
